fix call to __pthread_tsd_run_dtors with too many arguments

commit a6054e3c94aa0491d7366e4b05ae0d73f661bfe2 removed the argument,
making it a constraint violation to pass one. caught by cparser/firm;
other compilers seem to ignore it.
